Suppliers which failed to retain title to stock and other supplies made to Thread are, unfortunately, looking at a bleak picture. Even those suppliers which had retention of title clauses in their terms and conditions of sale may be out in the cold if either the T&Cs were not properly incorporated into contracts made with Thread of the retention of title clause is defective.
